About Us
Located in the heart of West Knoxville, atop a hill among mature pine trees, dogwoods, maples and magnolias, you'll find Little Creek, one of East Tennessee's most reputable nursing facilities.
Originally founded in 1940, by Seventh-day Adventists, Leland and Alice Straw and Roger and Genevieve Goodge, Little Creek began as a self-supporting school, dairy farm and medical institution. Their Christian beliefs and principles are still an integral part of Little Creek today. It is important to Little Creek's reputation that we provide a Christian atmosphere - by our actions and words.
Adventists believe the key to wellness lies in a life of balance and temperance. Nature creates a wealth of good things that lead to vibrant health.

Food and Nutrition
Breakfast
A typical breakfast consists of pancakes, french toast or waffle, served with eggs, vegetarian bacon, grits, yogurt, or fresh fruit.

Lunch
Lunch is a three-course, restaurant-style meal served in our large dining room out-looking the lovely flower gardens.
The meal begins with a refreshing salad. Followed with a hot plate of either a sweet potato, baked potato, rice or noodles and accompanied with 2-3 fresh seasonal vegetables and bread. The meal is not complete until you've tried one of our deliciously, decadent desserts.
Choice of drinks: juice, milk, coffee, hot or cold tea
Dinner
Dinner is typically a freshly homemade soup with sandwich and baked potato or sweet potato. Served with dessert.
